Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled
Technical Manager
to lead our industrial testing laboratory operations. The ideal candidate will oversee the laboratory's technical activities, ensure compliance with ISO/IEC 17025 and other relevant standards, maintain quality assurance, and provide technical leadership to a team of scientists and technicians.Key Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day technical operations of the laboratory, ensuring accuracy, reliability, and timeliness of all test results. Maintain and improve the laboratory's quality management system in compliance with
ISO/IEC 17025
accreditation requirements. Develop, validate, and implement new test methods and procedures. Supervise and train laboratory personnel on technical methods, safety, and quality procedures. Review and approve test reports, ensuring data integrity and technical accuracy. Liaise with clients to interpret technical results, resolve issues, and provide technical consultation. Coordinate calibration and maintenance of laboratory instruments and equipment. Lead internal audits, proficiency testing, and corrective/preventive action programs. Support business development with technical expertise during client visits, audits, and tenders.Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
