POSITION
Technical Manager
LOCATION
Fujairah UAE
The client will apply for the work visa and provide relocation if not local
QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS

• Bacheloru0027s Degree in Civil, Architectural, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering (mandatory)
• Masteru0027s Degree in Engineering Management or related field (advantage)
• Valid UAE Society of Engineers Membership (advantage)
• Eligible for Dubai/Abu Dhabi Municipality G+1 or higher classification as Technical Manager
• PMP or equivalent project management certification (preferred)
• Strong knowledge of UAE building codes, green building regulations, and authority portals (DM, ADM, DEWA, DDA, Trakhees)
• Proficiency in engineering design and management software (Civil 3D, STAAD Pro, ETABS, SAP2000, Revit, AutoCAD, Dialux, Etap, HAP, etc.)
• Strong leadership, stakeholder communication, and risk management skills

EXPERIENCE & SKILLS

• Minimum 10 yearsu0027 engineering office or construction supervision experience, with at least 5 years in a managerial role
• Proven record of UAE-based projects including residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments
• Strong background in design review, supervision, and coordination across civil, architectural, mechanical, and electrical disciplines
• Extensive experience managing multidisciplinary teams and multiple projects concurrently
• Skilled in obtaining permits/approvals from UAE authorities (DM, ADM, DDA, DEWA, Trakhees, ADCD, SEWA, ADDC, etc.)
• Experience preparing BOQs, technical reports, and managing contracts

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead and manage technical operations across engineering disciplines
• Ensure quality, compliance, and efficiency of design and supervision services
• Coordinate with UAE authorities for project approvals and permits
• Provide technical support to project teams and oversee deliverables
• Develop project schedules (Primavera/MS Project), documentation, and technical reports
• Conduct risk assessments, implement mitigation strategies, and ensure adherence to codes and standards
• Review and validate structural, architectural, mechanical, and electrical designs and calculations
• Manage budgets, contracts, and consultancy services
• Lead communication with clients, contractors, and government bodies

SALARY
AED 18,000 - 25,000 Tax Free
