The Role
Solution and Easy World technical manager is responsible for overseeing Product technical support and Bid Management within Easy World Group organization and guiding the sales and project\xe2\x80\x99s technical decisions and strategy. Responsibilities - Review of Product Sales and Services RFQ and assigning the enquiry to respective system engineer with filling out the RFQ form and deciding the GO/NO GO for the RFQ. - Monitoring and supporting the system engineer\xe2\x80\x99s tasks and ensuring the Product sales RFQ is responded within specified timelines. - Handling the team of Field engineers for after sales technical support (EW care) to ensure that the site mobilizations are aligned with the requirement of customers. - Exploring the possibility of adding more site services to the scope of works that can be provided as Value added service (VAS) for other scopes of systems not supplied by us within the same project/RFQ. - Supporting the engineers during the FAT/SAT inspections with client and providing them with required technical information from vendor etc. - Review of Bid contract requirements, scope, specifications, Bill of materials, drawings along with specialist system engineers and providing support on preparing the System solution BOQ/Quotes and technical compliances and qualifications. - Preparing the costs for the project execution, bid management, Bonds, Guarantees, insurances etc., that are required to be included as part of the Bid. - Preparing the risk assessment summary to present to the management prior to award of the project to make a calculated decision on finalizing the project orders. - Supporting the project team on the creation of engineering drawings and documents that are required as part of the project VDRL list. - Finalizing the outsourcing part of site installation and supervision works for projects with procurement and providing needed support. - Continuous monitoring of project variance reports on monthly basis to ensure that the costs incurred are as per the estimated ones to have a strong control on the project overshoots. - Establishing the policies and procedures for Product sales, EW care, system integration bidding teams, procurement and other departments as required to ensure smooth work flow and proper monitoring of the processes in place with close co-ordination with Business heads and HR team.

Requirements

• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in engineering or related field - 5+ years\' experience in electrical, automation, network or systems engineering - Well-rounded knowledge in the Oil and Gas industry - Knowledge of Network and Automation - Excellent people skills - Ability to lead a team and manage projects
