The Senior Interior Designer/Technical Manager will be responsible for developing, managing and recording technical aspects of the project
Expert in architectural drawings, detailed drawings, FF&E and materials selections
Expert in developing design and preparing with the project team documentation for tenders and construction
Understanding of financial aspects of running a design project on time and on budget
Will be reporting to the Managing Director and work closely with the project managers, design coordinators, and project teams on conceptual designs, presentations, architectural and technical drawing design development, and production
Must be responsible for project deliverables, meeting overall project design schedules, as well as preparing and presenting design presentations
Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills
Lead project teams to develop design solutions for delegated interior projects from concept to completion
Creating design concepts and overseeing their development, organization and execution.
