We are seeking an experienced Technical Manager with a strong background in IT and expertise in low code development projects and software lifecycle management. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 10 years of experience in the IT industry and possess exceptional skills in solution architecture, sizing, and technical leadership.

Responsibilities:

• Technical Leadership: Provide technical leadership and guidance to the development team throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring adherence to best practices, coding standards, and project objectives.
• Solution Architecture: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable and efficient technical solutions. Develop solution architecture and design documents, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and standards.
• Low Code Development: Oversee and guide the team in leveraging low code development platforms to build robust and scalable applications. Ensure the efficient utilization of low code tools, frameworks, and libraries to expedite development and enhance productivity.
• Data Lifecycle Management: Lead data lifecycle management projects, including data integration, data migration, data quality management, and data governance. Define and implement data management strategies to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and security.
• Technical Expertise: Bring a strong technical background to the team, providing expertise in areas such as solution architecture, infrastructure sizing, performance optimization, and technology selection. Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies relevant to the organization\'s needs.
• Team Management: Manage and mentor a team of developers, providing guidance, support, and performance feedback. Foster a collaborative and positive work environment, encouraging continuous learning and professional growth.
• Project Planning and Execution: Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to define project scope, deliverables, timelines, and resource allocation. Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement appropriate mitigation strategies.
• Stakeholder Management: Engage with key stakeholders, including business leaders, project managers, and cross-functional teams, to understand their requirements, address concerns, and ensure successful project delivery.
• Quality Assurance: Establish and enforce quality assurance processes, including code reviews, testing methodologies, and quality standards. Ensure that the delivered solutions meet the defined requirements and are of high quality.
• Documentation and Reporting: Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including technical specifications, architecture diagrams, and user guides. Provide regular status updates and reports to project stakeholders and management.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience in the IT industry, with a proven track record of handling technical management roles.
• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. Advanced certifications in relevant technologies or project management are a plus.
• Arabic fluency is mandatory.
• Strong experience in low code development projects, leveraging platforms such as Mendix, Nintex, or similar.
• Extensive knowledge of data lifecycle management principles, including data integration, data migration, data quality, and data governance.
• Solid understanding of solution architecture, infrastructure sizing, performance optimization, and technology selection.
• Proficiency in working with stakeholders to gather requirements, translate them into technical solutions, and present recommendations effectively.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team of developers to achieve project goals.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to think strategically and analytically.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact confidently with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Project management experience, including project planning, execution, and risk management.
