Job Requirements
\xef\x81\xac3+ years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in telecom, networking, CCTV industry with Pre-sales or Tech role, good experience in handling and troubleshooting technical issues.
\xef\x81\xacGood knowledge in networking products and video surveillance solutions, such as router, modems/ gateways, access points, switches and IP CCTV. Cisco Certifications CCNA, CCNP will be an advantage.
\xef\x81\xacDegree in Telecommunication, IT, Computer Science, Engineering.
\xef\x81\xacGood communication and presentation skills, strong ability in customer training and technical demonstration
\xef\x81\xacFluent English is mandatory, Arabic language fluency will be an added advantage Job Responsibilities.
\xef\x81\xacPartner with the sales team to generate leads, follow-up all projects related technical matters. Provide presentation for Projects, Proposals, BOM in a professional manner.
\xef\x81\xacCreate and deliver technical presentation and training internally and externally.
\xef\x81\xacProvide general technical support to partners and clients.
\xef\x81\xacWork with Product Management Team to feedback on issues with current products. Conduct testing on new products and provide the feedback.
\xef\x81\xacProduct local approval & certificate management.
\xef\x81\xacAfter sales support, RMA management. Job Type: Full-time Salary: AED6,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate:
