The Role
Job Type: Full-Time Company: AL BASTI & MUKTHA LLC \xe2\x80\xa2 Experience in coordination of all civil works. \xe2\x80\xa2 Should be able to coordinate with the architectural structural and MEP drawings. \xe2\x80\xa2 Coordinate with the Consultants to obtain approval on any deviations in the drawings. \xe2\x80\xa2 Efficiently implement consultant requirements along with the execution team. \xe2\x80\xa2 Assist the Project Manager in the civil work to plan in order to meet the deadlines. \xe2\x80\xa2 Review the design modification during the construction stage and assist the Project Manager to review the cost and time impact. \xe2\x80\xa2 Ensure document control and engineering schedule as implemented effectively on the site.

Requirements

• Graduate degree(B.E. / B.Tech) in Civil Engineering \xe2\x80\xa2 10-15 years of experience in the construction industry out of which 5 to 7 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience In GCC countries. \xe2\x80\xa2 Experience especially with contractors of high rise building in UAE/ Gulf
