Job Title: CONTRACTS MANAGER Location: Dubai Job Type: Full-Time Company: AL BASTI & MUKTHA LLC \xe2\x80\xa2 Adept in reviewing EOT/Claims related matters arising in projects taking into consideration contractual & legal aspects including preparation of claim responses and narratives in support of such claims. \xe2\x80\xa2 Skilled in identifying and mitigating risks within main contract document and other terms that do not confirm to the policies. \xe2\x80\xa2 Excellent communication Skills.

Requirements

• B.E / B.TECH in Civil Engineering & Post graduation in Law/ Claims Management (Preferable) \xe2\x80\xa2 Minimum 15 years of contract administration / management experience with main contracts in the UAE/GCC region \xe2\x80\xa2 Should be proficient in assessing, handling, advising & drafting suitable responses to all contractual correspondences (variations / EOT / Claims) and related matters with the Employer/ Engineer and subcontractors.
