Role Overview:

As a Technical Manager, you will be the backbone of technical planning and execution, ensuring drawings, specifications, and construction standards come together seamlessly on site.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee all technical aspects of construction projects Review and manage drawings, specifications, and material submittals Coordinate with consultants, engineers, and site teams Ensure compliance with approved designs, codes, and standards Provide technical solutions and support during project execution

Requirements:

Proven Technical Manager experience for 15 years in UAE - Construction industry

Strong knowledge of construction drawings and technical documentation Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders Excellent coordination, leadership, and problem-solving skills UAE experience is a strong advantage
