Job Description

We are seeking an experienced

Technical Manager

to lead and oversee all technical aspects of

aluminum and facade systems projects

. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in facade engineering, aluminum systems, project coordination, and technical compliance from design through execution.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage technical design, detailing, and engineering of aluminum and facade systems (curtain wall, windows, doors, cladding, skylights, etc.) Review architectural drawings, specifications, and BOQs for feasibility and compliance Coordinate with architects, consultants, clients, and internal teams Provide technical support to estimation, production, and site teams Ensure compliance with project specifications, industry standards, and quality requirements Approve shop drawings, method statements, and material submittals Resolve technical issues during fabrication and installation stages Lead and mentor technical and engineering staff

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, or related field Minimum

10 years

of experience in the

aluminum/facade industry

Strong knowledge of facade systems, profiles, hardware, glass, and sealants Proficiency in AutoCAD and facade-related design tools (Revit, SolidWorks is a plus) Experience with international standards (ASTM, BS, EN, or equivalent) Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills

Preferred Skills:

Experience managing multiple facade projects simultaneously Knowledge of performance testing, value engineering, and system optimization Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage cross-functional teams

Pay: AED18,000.00 - AED20,000.00 per month
