Position : Technical Lead(R&D)-Python

Start date: 15-30 days

Location : Dubai

Tenure : 6 months(extendable)

Job Responsibilities

- Leverage THE AI/ML expertise to guide the team in designing, developing, and implementing machine learning algorithms and models to solve intricate problems.

- Drive the integration of AI/ML components into existing systems and explore opportunities to enhance product offerings using AI/ML techniques

- Lead a team of skilled developers and researchers

- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in technology, AI/ML, and related fields

- Collaborate closely with the business and product teams to understand and translate complex business requirements into technically feasible solutions.

- Design architecture and technical specifications for projects, ensuring alignment with overall company goals.

- POC's using Unity/WebGL, Core Python, Computer Vision, LLM's, Deep learning, Livestreaming technology and cloud deployment

Job Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. Master's degree preferred.

- Minimum 6 years of progressive experience in software development and technical leadership roles.

- Strong expertise in AI and Machine Learning concepts and technologies.

- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, Javascript,C++.

- Proven experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).

- Excellent problem-solving skills and a track record of delivering complex technical solutions.

- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

- Passion for staying updated with industry trends and emerging technologies.

- Prior experience in an R&D/startup environment is a plus.
