Job Role: - Technical Lead _Java _React
Job Location: - Abu Dhabi, UAE
Experience: - 8+ Years
Job Roles & Responsibilities:
- Lead design, development, and delivery of scalable applications using Java (Spring Boot) and React.
- Provide technical leadership, code reviews, and best practices for the team.
- Collaborate with product owners, architects, and stakeholders to define technical solutions.
- Ensure quality through unit testing, CI/CD, and performance optimization.
- Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering knowledge sharing.
- Manage end-to-end SDLC with focus on scalability, security, and maintainability
- 8+ years of experience in Java (Spring Boot, Microservices) and React.js.
- Strong knowledge of RESTful APIs, SQL/NoSQL databases, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Proficiency in frontend state management (Redux/Context API).
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Git, Docker, Kubernetes.
- Solid understanding of design patterns, OOP, and microservices architecture.
- Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.
