Job Description

Candidates must have trades background- HVAC Tech, Plumber, AC Tech, Carpenter, Construction Management. Applicants without this background will not be considered. The ideal candidate should predominantly perform below: The successful candidate will be the discipline lead of the hard and soft services team. Oversee hard and soft services team who is responsible for the daily upkeep and operations of buildings, properties, shops, and offices. To supervise purchasing of materials and communicate with clients and vendors whilst maintaining excellent customer service to provide appropriate solutions and achieve satisfactory results. Prepare weekly maintenance schedules, and reports and allocate work as per forecasted workloads. Carry out corrective, reactive, planned preventive maintenance works using computer-aided facility management (CAFM), Mobility. Diagnose, Troubleshoot and repair HVAC and MEP as lead. Provide vocational development for all team members and act as a mentor to ease their transition into the role. Conduct site visits and liaises with head office to propose appropriate quotations. Involvement in any related projects, for example, training materials for employees to promote best practices.

• Contract visits with third-party contractors for larger jobs i.e. internal/external painting, electrical, carpentry, AC jobs.
