Mentor and develop technical staff
Required Skills & Certifications
Expertise in Sitecore / .NET / Azure
DevOps tools (GitLab, Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes)
Cloud and hybrid architecture experience
DevOps Institute - DevOps Leader (DOL) preferred
