to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for constructing, installing, repairing, and maintaining wooden structures and fittings, either on-site or in the workshop. You will work from technical drawings and specifications to deliver high-quality joinery work on time and to specification.
Key Responsibilities:
Produce detailed joinery shop drawings based on architectural plans, design intent, and site measurements.
Create 2D and 3D CAD models for custom joinery components (e.g., cabinetry, doors, panels, counters).
Interpret architectural drawings, design sketches, and material specifications.
Coordinate with project managers, architects, interior designers, and production teams.
Ensure joinery designs comply with manufacturing capabilities, safety standards, and material specifications.
Generate cutting lists, hardware schedules, and material take-offs for fabrication.
Revise drawings based on feedback from clients, consultants, or production staff.
Maintain organized drawing files and update design documentation as required.
Visit job sites to take field measurements or confirm installation details if necessary.
