You will work closely with designers, architects, and production teams to translate design concepts into precise fabrication drawings that ensure seamless manufacturing and installation.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare detailed joinery drawings and shop drawings using AutoCAD or similar CAD software.
Translate architectural and interior design drawings into production-ready formats.
Coordinate with architects, designers, project managers, and workshop teams to ensure feasibility and accuracy of details.
Provide material specifications, cutting lists, and hardware requirements.
Resolve design and technical issues related to joinery during the detailing stage.
Ensure all drawings comply with industry standards, building codes, and client requirements.
Update drawings and documentation based on revisions, site conditions, or feedback.
Maintain organized records of all drawings, revisions, and approvals.
Occasionally assist with site measurements and inspections to ensure dimensional accuracy.
