Technical supervisor required for immediate joining: Job Summary: We are hiring a skilled and 1 - 2 Years experienced Pest Control Supervisor to oversee our pest control operations in Dubai. The Pest Control Supervisor will be responsible for leading the team of technicians, managing schedules, ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards, and providing excellent customer service. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, in-depth knowledge of pest control methods, and the ability to manage resources effectively. Responsibilities: Lead and supervise the team of pest control technicians, providing guidance, and training. Develop and implement pest control strategies, including inspection, identification, treatment, and prevention measures. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, safety standards, and company policies. Monitor and maintain inventory levels of pest control products, equipment, and supplies. Conduct regular quality control checks to ensure the effectiveness of pest control treatments and services. Random site checking rotation and informing Operations Manager clients feedback to ensure our good quality service deliveries. Great Skills in creating and sending emails and making financial offers. Prepare a weekly report of all visited customers to be submitted to the management. Respond to customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide exceptional customer service. Effective communication, persuasion, and dialogue skills. Schedule and coordinate pest control services, including assigning tasks and managing workloads. Keep accurate records of pest control activities, including treatment reports and customer information. Support management to develop and implement operational strategies, goals, and targets. Qualifications: Must Hold Dubai Municipality License for General Pest Control and Termite Proven experience as a Pest Control Supervisor or in a similar supervisory role within the pest control industry. Strong knowledge of pest control methods, equipment, and chemicals. Familiarity with relevant regulations and safety guidelines. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Exceptional customer service and communication skills. Detail-oriented and able to maintain accurate records. Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
