Core Responsibilities:
Update site management Data and monitoring systems in coordination with the Construction and Quality teams.
Enter, verify, and maintain accurate data related to site activities, materials, manpower, and progress.
Support daily reporting by preparing system-generated logs and summaries as directed by the Construction Engineer or work Supervisor.
Monitor system inputs and ensure timely updates of site information to reflect ongoing activities.
Coordinate with field teams to collect required data and upload it into the designated system or platform.
Assist in tracking work orders, requests, and approvals through the system to ensure proper documentation flow.
Ensure that all data entry and system operations are performed according to established company procedures and confidentiality standards.
Provide basic system support to site personnel and report any technical issues to the IT or system administration team.
Contribute to maintaining organized digital and physical records of site-related data and reports.
Ensures all activities are carried out in compliance with KAHRAMAA regulations.
Works in cooperation with Quality Assurance and Continual Improvement section on securing and maintain the ISO / Risk Management / ISMS certification
