Role Purpose

Key Objective for the Estimator is to gather all site-information, specify the right products, create the drawings and calculations, preparing the quote package in a timely manner for the Sales team.

Key Accountabilities

Using the survey information, produce optimum solutions proposals and Technical Specifications utilising the A-SAFE product range to suit the application within compliance of PAS13.

Produce drawings and Technical Specifications from the site survey information, using Autocad to prepare drawing files provided by the customer.

Liaise with the client throughout this process with any revisions to requirements being actioned in collaboration with the salesperson.

Liaise closely with the sales team, Installation team and other third parties.

Prepare product proposals based upon the requirements for the project. This includes calculation of delivery charges and installation costs.

Implement variation orders as required.

Collate relevant information pertinent to the Installation environment.

Inputting data into the company's CRM & ERP system.

Actively participate in internal and external meetings where attendance may be required.

Knowledge, Skills & Experience

Ability to understand & interpret site drawings.

AutoCAD proficiency.

Knowledge of Workplace Safety.

Good English communication skills & confident dealing with customers and internal colleagues at all levels.

A self-starter with strong time management and organisational skills.

Strong prioritisation skills.

Working knowledge of CRM systems.

IT literate.
