TECHNICAL ENQUIRY AND QUOTATION MANAGER

WHAT DOES THE ROLE INVOLVE:

THE BRIDGE BETWEEN SALES, MARKETING AND SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGEMENT RECEIVING CLIENTS' ENQUIRIES FOLLOWING UP AND CORRESPONDING WITH VARIOUS INTERNAL DEPARTMENTS TO PROVIDE A CENTRAL POINT OF CONTACT TO ENGAGE WITH SUPPORTING DEPARTMENTS/SUPPLIERS AS NECESSARY; TO CREATE QUOTES AT AGREED MARGINS; DEALING WITH OUR IN-HOUSE SYSTEM TO SEND REPORTS AND STATISTICS TO CLIENTS; ENSURE GOODS ARE DELIVERED TO AGREED SERVICE LEVEL; OBTAIN AND MAINTAIN CURRENT INFORMATION ON ONGOING PRICING STRUCTURES; ADMINISTER ORDERS WITH SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS AND DOCUMENTATION REQUIREMENTS; EXPEDITE PROJECT ORDERS AND PREPARE REQUIRED CLIENT REPORTS; COMMUNICATE WITH ALL DEPARTMENTS INVOLVED IN COMPLETING QUOTATIONS; PURCHASE OR COORDINATE WITH PURCHASING THE ENTERING OF PROJECT RELATED PURCHASE ORDERS

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:

TECHNICAL KNOW-HOW OF FASTENERS, CONSTRUCTION MATERIALS, CHEMICALS, PPE PROFICIENT IN ENGLISH. ARABIC AND/OR HINDI IS A PLUS BACHELOR'S DEGREE PREFERABLY IN ENGINEERING MINIMUM 3 YEARS OF RELEVANT INDUSTRY EXPERIENCE AND TECHNICAL PRODUCT KNOW HOW REQUIRED BUILDING CONSTRUCTION OR SIMILAR INDUSTRY EXPERIENCE IS MANDATORY GOOD PLANNING AND ORGANIZATIONAL SKILLS STRONG ANALYTICAL AND PROBLEM-SOLVING SKILLS EXCELLENT TIME MANAGEMENT SKILLS AMBITIOUS, SELF-MOTIVATED AND RESILIENT HIGH ATTENTION TO DETAIL VALID UAE DRIVER'S LICENSE Based in Dubai; or willing to relocate to Dubai
