Requirements:
Minimum 7+ years of experience in Dubai in construction or industrial projects
Bachelor's degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or related engineering discipline
Strong technical knowledge of construction processes and standards
Experience with Dubai/ UAE project requirements
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
