Dubai Municipality, Emaar, Nakheel, and Dubai Development Authority (DDA)

Key Responsibilities
Prepare and review
pool, landscape, and related technical drawings
in compliance with local authority requirements
Submit drawings through relevant portals (DM, Emaar, Nakheel, DDA, etc.)
Coordinate and follow up with authorities until
final approvals
are obtained
Address authority comments, revise drawings, and resubmit as required
Liaise with consultants, architects, and internal design teams
Ensure compliance with
Dubai codes, standards, and regulations
Maintain approval records, submissions, and correspondence
Support project teams during construction approvals and clarifications
Technical Requirements
G+1 approval from relevant Dubai Municipality authorities
Strong knowledge of
Dubai Municipality regulations
for pools and landscaping
Familiarity with
Emaar, Nakheel, and DDA approval systems
Proficient in
AutoCAD
and technical documentation
Understanding of MEP coordination related to pool and landscape works
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering / Architectural Engineering
Minimum
3-5 years UAE experience
in authority submissions and approvals
Experience with swimming pool and landscape approvals is mandatory
