Intradepartmental: 1. To manage all technical aspects of the construction chemicals division 2. Assist the sales team in the technical aspects of the job 3. Assist the sales team in closing the deals, getting the approvals of the products by conducting/monitoring site trials/mock-ups. 4. Training activities and products presentations/introduction to sales team. 5. Compile technical reports. 6. Approach the jobs with a 'hands on' attitude and lead by example.
Extra-departmental: 1. Conduct technical presentations for clients/customers. 2. Maintain superior customer service 3. Liaising with applicators, conducting on-site and off-site training for the applicators for different applied technologies. 4. Monitoring the applicators during site applications to insure that the quality will be maintained throughout the job. 5. Preparation of technical materials as needed for the seminar's /trainings/ presentations.
