We are seeking a technically skilled and client-oriented engineer to act as the primary technical point of contact for potential and existing clients. You will represent our technical capabilities in meetings, understand client requirements, and collaborate with our development team to deliver tailored solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Attend client meetings, calls, and demos to provide technical guidance.
Understand customer requirements and translate them into actionable technical specifications.
Lead pre-sales technical discussions and solution presentations.
Collaborate with internal teams to scope projects, propose solutions, and ensure technical feasibility.
Support lead generation by providing technical input during sales discussions.
Occasionally assist with technical problem-solving and troubleshooting.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
2+ years of software/AI engineering experience.
Strong communication skills; able to explain technical concepts to non-technical clients.
Client-facing experience or willingness to attend customer meetings.
Knowledge of software development lifecycle, cloud technologies, or AI applications is a plus.
