Technical Engineer Civil
Job Description
We are looking for a Technical Engineer with Civil Engineering Background. Should EPC Construction industry experience.
Prepare the shop drawings, materials submittal and follow up with the client for approval
Maintain active communication with the client/other departments for all technical related matters
Ensure that all the technical submissions are in line with the project plan
Review the Project drawings and B.O.Q
Coordinate with the estimation department for further action on changes implemented in the drawings
Prepare drawings and material log for all projects
Allocate the work for the technical team as per the agreed/approved program
Coordinate and follow up with the Procurement team to arrange the materials or samples for submission
Issue production order for manufacturing
Maintain the Drawing and submission logs
Submit weekly technical submissions and updated report
Follow up with the client or contractor for the status of the submitted engineering work regularly

Experience:
Minimum 5 years' experience in the similar field
Qualification:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
Minimum of 5 years' experience in civil construction
Strong understanding of structural and finishing works
Excellent knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations
Min 4 years of relevant UAE/GCC experience
