GCI Contracting (under LEOS Developments)

is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented

Technical Engineer - Site & Client Coordination

to support ongoing villa and mid-rise residential building projects in Dubai. The ideal candidate must have strong technical, site coordination, and client management experience within reputable contracting companies in the UAE.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as the primary technical liaison between the

site team and clients

, ensuring seamless coordination and communication. Review IFC drawings, project specifications, and documentation to ensure compliance with design and contractual requirements. Monitor site progress and provide technical guidance to site engineers, subcontractors, and consultants. Resolve technical issues on-site promptly to maintain project timelines and quality standards. Prepare and submit technical reports, progress updates, and project documentation as required. Coordinate and attend site meetings, design reviews, and inspections with clients and consultants. Support procurement with technical clarifications, material approvals, and vendor coordination. Collaborate with QA/QC and safety teams to ensure compliance with company standards, client requirements, and UAE regulations. Maintain accurate technical records, drawings, and correspondence for project documentation.

Skills & Competencies Required

Strong understanding of residential construction, site execution, and technical coordination. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with clients, consultants, and site teams. Ability to read and interpret drawings, specifications, and technical documentation accurately. Proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD, and project management software. BIM/Revit exposure is an advantage. Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and ability to work under pressure. Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor's degree in Civil or relevant

Engineering discipline

(Mandatory). Minimum

5-10 years of UAE experience

in construction projects, with proven

site and client coordination experience

. Experience in villa, mid-rise, or mixed-use building projects is preferred. Familiarity with UAE construction standards, safety regulations, and contract compliance.
