REQUIREMENTS:

Graduate Architecture Engineer with 8 to 12 years of GCC experience in the technical office of reputed Main Contractors (Building Projects).
Good knowledge of Auto CAD, MS office & PDF editor software.
Good knowledge of BIM.
Good knowledge of Dubai local authorities requirements.
Attention to details in architectural works and good awareness of structure drawings.
Advanced understanding and knowledge of design and construction processes and techniques.
Good communication skills verbally and writing in English.
Initiative & Cost awareness.
Good teamwork skills & ability to meet deadlines.

TASK & DUTIES :

Reviewing projects documents and identifying the gaps/ differences in IFC architecture, ID, structural and MEP services drawings.
Highlight the discrepancies and missing design information and raise RFI.
Prepare rough drafts/ sketches and scale working drawings and guide drafting technicians to prepare the final shop drawings.
Reviewing shop drawings and details of the different Structural, Architectural & ID elements and coordinating the same with MEP team.
Timely submission of the shop drawings to consultants and coordinating with them for timely approval.
Prepare material and shop drawings submission schedules/logs and update the same in a timely manner.
Prepare RFP technical packages for subcontract works, Verify BOQs and highlight the discrepancies to actual requirements.
Follow up with subcontractors for timely materials and shop drawings submission and review the same before submit it to the consultant.
Follow up on construction/ site engineers\' requests for drawing and Quantity Survey for items.
Inspect project sites to monitor progress and ensure conformance to shop drawings and material approvals.
Document project technical issues logs and maintain project technical library.
