Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Review and verify
electrical designs, shop drawings, and material submittals
in line with project specifications. Coordinate effectively withconsultants, clients, subcontractors, and internal project teams
. Ensure strict compliance withGreen Building regulations
, and local authority standards includingDEWA, SIRA, DCD, Etisalat, and Du
. Preparetechnical reports, load schedules, voltage drop calculations, cable sizing, and design documentation
. Providesite technical support
, supervise installation works, and resolve technical issues. Manage and prepareauthority submissions
, follow-up for approvals and NOCs. Develop and updateAs-Built drawings, O&M documents, and close-out technical files
.Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in
Electrical Engineering
(mandatory).8-10 years of UAE experience
in MEP contracting (must have). Proven experience inhigh-rise buildings and luxury villa projects
. Strong knowledge ofelectrical system design
andMEP coordination
. Experience inLow-Current Systems
including CCTV, Access Control, Structured Cabling, Telephone/Data, SMATV, Intercom, etc. Proficiency inAutoCAD
&MS Office
; experience withRevit / Navisworks
is an added advantage. Strong understanding ofload calculations, cable sizing, and electrical design standards
. Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills. Ability to handle multiple project tasks in afast-paced environment

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month
