Job Description

Our MEP Division needs Technical Draftsman with Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction drafting. The ideal candidate will be responsible for producing detailed technical drawings and plans, ensuring accuracy and compliance with project specifications

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare detailed technical drawings and blueprints using CAD software, Bim is Plus

Develop accurate 2D based on project specifications.

Ensure all designs comply with company standards and project guidelines

Collaborate with engineers, architects, and project managers to gather and clarify design requirements.

Incorporate design changes and updates as needed.

Communicate with the site team to resolve technical issues .

Review and revise drawings to ensure accuracy and completeness.

Ensure all drawings are aligned with project timelines and budgets.

Maintain organized records of all drawings and revisions.

Assist in improving drafting standards and processes within the company.

Requirements:

Diploma or bachelor's degree in drafting, architecture, Interior Architecture or engineering.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in MEP - construction drafting.

Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit).

Strong understanding of construction materials, methods, and detailing.

Ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering drawings.

Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month
