FOR EPC OIL & GAS COMPANY IN SYRIA

Key Responsibilities:

Provide strategic leadership and direction for all engineering and technical operations across EPC projects. Oversee multidisciplinary design, engineering reviews, and technical studies to ensure alignment with project and client requirements. Ensure all technical activities comply with international codes, standards, and safety regulations. Drive innovation and the adoption of new technologies to enhance project efficiency, quality, and sustainability. Lead value engineering initiatives to optimize project design, materials, and construction methodologies. Collaborate closely with Project Directors, Construction, Procurement, and HSE teams to ensure seamless project execution. Evaluate and approve technical proposals, designs, and deliverables from consultants and subcontractors. Develop and implement engineering governance systems, policies, and performance metrics. Mentor and guide a team of engineers and discipline leads, fostering continuous learning and technical excellence. Represent the company in technical meetings, client presentations, and industry forums. Minimum

10 years of senior technical leadership experience

within the

EPC Oil & Gas sector

, preferably in

GCC or Europe

. Strong knowledge of EPC project execution, FEED, detailed design, and commissioning phases. Deep understanding of international standards (API, ASME, ISO, BS, EN, etc.). Proven track record in leading multidisciplinary engineering teams on mega projects. Excellent leadership, analytical, and decision-making skills. Strong communication and client interface capabilities. Must be willing to relocate to Syria.
