We are seeking an experienced and innovative

Travel Technical Director

to lead and manage the technical direction of our travel technology platforms. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in technical roles within the travel industry, including software/platform development, system integrations, and IT infrastructure management.

As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for ensuring our technical systems and platforms are scalable, reliable, and aligned with the latest industry standards. You will work closely with product managers, developers, and business stakeholders to deliver high-performance travel solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the technical architecture and development of travel platforms and tools (e.g., booking engines, GDS integration, CRM, APIs) Oversee implementation of new technologies and platforms for continuous improvement Manage a team of developers and IT specialists, providing technical guidance and mentorship Collaborate with business teams to translate requirements into scalable tech solutions Ensure data security, system reliability, and performance optimization Evaluate third-party tools, vendors, and partnerships for technology enhancements Develop and maintain documentation for systems and processes Stay current with travel technology trends, tools, and compliance standards

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
