Key Responsibilities
Lead the facade and aluminum design team and manage all technical design deliverables
Review architectural and structural drawings, specifications, and tender documents
Develop and approve facade system designs, shop drawings, method statements, and calculations
Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and suppliers for design approvals
Ensure compliance with project requirements, local authority regulations, and international standards
Provide technical solutions, value engineering proposals, and constructability reviews
Support estimation, procurement, and production teams with technical inputs
Attend design coordination meetings and client presentations as required
Oversee mock-ups, testing requirements, and material approvals
Ensure timely submission and approval of all design-related documents
Requirements & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architectural Engineering, or related field
Minimum
10-15 years
of experience in aluminum and facade design and engineering
Proven experience in managing facade design teams and complex projects
Strong knowledge of curtain wall systems, unitized systems, stick systems, cladding, and glazing
Proficient in AutoCAD; knowledge of Revit and facade design software is an advantage
Excellent coordination, leadership, and communication skills
Experience working in the UAE/GCC market is mandatory

Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
In-depth understanding of fabrication and installation processes
