Job Summary:

WovV Technologies, a Global Business Productivity SaaS company, is looking for a Technical Delivery Manager for Abu Dhabi location.

Key Skills:

Agile delivery and team building (Scrum, Kanban, Scaled Agile) Stakeholder engagement and programme governance. Technical delivery of data platforms and UI rebuilds DevOps practices, CI/CD optimisation. C#, Python, Java, TypeScript Azure, Databricks, SQL Server, OpenSearch, Kafka Event-based and RESTful architectures UI frameworks: Angular, React, Web Components Test automation, monitoring, and support frameworks

Core Responsibilities:

Act as day-to-day engagement lead for architecture review program. Lead agile delivery using iterative value-based approach (Scrum/Kanban). Plan and facilitate workshops, delivery sprints, and playback sessions. Manage sprint planning, backlog grooming, and daily standups for distributed teams. Serve as liaison between traders, architects, developers, and stakeholders. Ensure deliverables support automation, AI-readiness, and Customer's digital strategy. Coordinate with internal SMEs and Global oversight team. Drive delivery governance, manage risks, and maintain stakeholder alignment.

Required Qualifications:

20+ years of experience in delivering complex, business-critical software platforms across: Energy Trading/Financial Markets/Data Services. Proven expertise in:Technical Delivery Management/Agile team leadership and scaling across distributed environments/stakeholder management and engagement. Strong track record of leading cloud-based platform deliveries, including:

Azure Databricks

commodities data platform with self-managed pipeline support and Integration of

geo-spatial data processing

(weather, satellite, vessel data).
Delivered multiple enterprise-grade initiatives, such as: UI Rebuilds and platform modernisation/
Data catalogue implementation and Market data platforms using

Kafka, OpenSearch, TimescaleDB and

Real-time intraday trading tools integrated with

ETRM

systems.
Adept in aligning cross-functional, multi-location delivery teams. Hands-on experience with: Cloud Technologies:

Azure, Databricks/

Real-time data processing and reporting and Data engineering and integration pipelines. Strong technical grounding with a pragmatic leadership approach focused on:
Delivery velocity and Quality assurance and Value-driven execution.
