Act as the main technical point of contact for all landscaping projects.
Coordinate with project managers to ensure alignment of technical specifications with project goals.
Review and interpret engineering plans, drawings, and specifications.
Ensure compliance with local regulations and environmental standards.
Conduct site visits to assess conditions, gather data, and provide technical inputs.
Evaluate soil, drainage, and environmental factors impacting project feasibility.
Work closely with designers, engineers, and contractors to develop and implement project plans.
Facilitate communication among team members to resolve technical issues promptly.
Monitor construction processes to ensure adherence to technical specifications and quality standards.
Conduct regular inspections and audits of project sites to ensure compliance with engineering practices.
Maintain comprehensive records of project documentation, including plans, reports, and correspondence.
Prepare technical reports and presentations for stakeholders.
Identify potential technical challenges and develop solutions to mitigate risks.
Provide expert advice and recommendations on engineering matters related to designings.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Landscape Architecture, or a related field.
Proven experience in Mechanical engineering or project coordination.
Strong knowledge of engineering principles, designing , and environmental regulations.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
