Job Description

The Technical Coordinator for POD (Point of Delivery) is responsible for overseeing the technical aspects of POD deployment, installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting. This role ensures seamless coordination between field teams, vendors, and clients to deliver high-quality technical solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong project coordination skills, technical expertise, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
1. POD Deployment & Installation:

• Coordinate and supervise the setup, configuration, and installation of POD units.
• Ensure all technical specifications and client requirements are met during deployment.
• Conduct site assessments to determine optimal POD placement and connectivity.

2. Technical Support & Troubleshooting:

• Provide technical guidance to field teams and subcontractors.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues in PODs.
• Maintain documentation of technical issues and resolutions.

3. Project Coordination:

• Liaise between engineering teams, vendors, and clients to ensure smooth project execution.
• Track project timelines, deliverables, and resource allocation.
• Prepare and submit progress reports to management.

4. Quality Assurance & Compliance:

• Ensure all POD installations comply with industry standards and company policies.
• Conduct regular inspections and performance tests on deployed PODs.
• Maintain records of compliance certifications and safety checks.

5. Inventory & Logistics Management:

• Monitor and manage inventory of POD components, tools, and spare parts.
• Coordinate logistics for equipment transportation and storage.

6. Training & Documentation:

• Train field technicians and end-users on POD operations and maintenance.
• Develop and update technical manuals, SOPs, and troubleshooting guides
