Job Description
We\'re looking for a Technical Coordinator Responsibilities: The individual will be responsible for (but not limited to): _
- Plan design activities; prepare a comprehensive schedule of all planned drawing submittals based on the project schedule in coordination with the Design Manager.
- Verify and ensure the detailed drawing schedule from the subcontractor is in compliance with the project drawing schedule.
- Review the technical queries/clarifications from the subcontractor, prepare clarification and raise the relevant queries/clarifications to the Design Manager. Review the clarifications from the consultant and transmit to all interfacing subcontractors as per the Design Manager\'s direction.
- Coordinate / follow up with subcontractors to ensure drawing submittals are completed as per schedule. Coordinate with subcontractors, Project team, and consultants for completing the design activities of the project as per schedule.
- Develop drawings for various temporary facilities, and logisticsrelated designs as per the direction of the Design Manager.
- Prepare/organize drawings for Authority\'s approval as per the Design Manager\'s direction.
- Review red line drawings and as built drawings from subcontractors for accuracy and incorporation of relevant information.
- Prepare transmittal letters, FF&E manuals, and material manuals.
- Establish and maintain supplier relationships and contacts.
- Organize and schedule new supplier presentations and routine supplier updates.
- Create workflows and file structures for supplier resources.
- Update supplier information across multiple studio platforms.
- Update and maintain the digital and physical catalog library.
- Share supplier resources
- Coordination with digital asset management librarian to maintain records collaborative cloud software
- Managing the overall organization, general maintenance and updating of the materials library.
- Oversee and manage interns for maintenance, general upkeep, and organization of the physical library.
- Materials sourcing for the library and assistance with sourcing and procurement of materials samples for current projects.
- Degree/Diploma qualification in design/architectural studies
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in Fit out works.
- Sound knowledge of key design software such as SketchUp, 3D Max, Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator
- Sound knowledge and experience with AutoCAD, MS Office & Adobe Acrobat.
- Local experience is a necessity
