Job Responsibilities

Working closely with the Logistics Manager and Material Controller ensuring effective mobilization and demobilization of all field equipment to and from the yard.

Working with the Workshop Manager and 3rd party suppliers to plan and carry out reactive and preventative maintenance.

Preplanning schedule to be kept live to ensure equipment availability at all times.

Working with Workshop Manager to ensure all maintenance and repairs to assets are carried out in a timely fashion ensuring no delays to projects.

Ensuring all equipment is kept with valid certifications and documentation for all upcoming and future projects.

Working with the Material Controller to ensure project kits are planned and audited before being sent to projects to ensure minimum double handling and additional material movements and downtime on site.

Asset Classification and inspections required for sites, eg. Zone 2 inspection, lift point certs etc

Ensure spare parts are kitted with each project for the equipment being utilized to allow timely maintenance if required.

Asset passes for all equipment to allow entry to specific sites.

Recording the utilization of the resources on projects using the proper tools, systems and documentation.

Keep a live tracker for all assets and their certificates ensuring we plan ahead for renewals.

You bring (qualifications & experience)

At least 5 years proven experience in a Maintenace Supevisor role or similar responsible for mechanical workshop, working with large plant equipment, Hydraulics, diesel engines etc.

Experience of fabrication and welding techniques Experience of reading and understanding schematic drawings.

Microsoft software proficient
