Job Summary:

We are seeking a versatile and detail-oriented Technical Content Creator & Web Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a unique blend of strong technical writing skills and a keen eye for aesthetics. You will be responsible for not only creating informative content for our spec website but also ensuring its overall design, user experience, and visual appeal are top-tier.

Key Responsibilities:

Content Production: Develop and produce clear, concise, and accurate content, including technical specifications, documentation, and project summaries for the website. Website Design & Aesthetics: Take ownership of the spec website's visual design and user interface (UI). Ensure the site is intuitive, visually appealing, and reflects our brand's professional standards. User Experience (UX) Improvement: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand user needs and implement design improvements that enhance navigation and information accessibility. Multimedia Integration: Create and integrate engaging multimedia content, such as informational videos, diagrams, and infographics, to explain complex technical concepts effectively. Content Management & Maintenance: Utilize website software and content management systems (CMS) to upload, update, and manage all website content and design elements. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, product, and marketing teams to ensure all content is technically accurate and visually consistent.

What We're Looking For:

Proven experience as a Technical Content Creator or a similar role. A strong portfolio demonstrating both technical writing skills and an ability to design or manage the aesthetics of a professional website. Proficiency with website design software and content management systems (e.g., WordPress, Squarespace, or a custom CMS). Experience in video production, editing, and graphic design is highly preferred. Exceptional attention to detail and a passion for creating a seamless user experience. Excellent communication and collaboration skills to translate technical information into easily digestible and visually appealing content.
