About the Role:

We are looking for a

creative, versatile, and detail-oriented Content Creator & Graphic Designer

to join our growing real estate team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating engaging content, designing visually appealing graphics, and managing digital assets to enhance our brand presence. Knowledge of digital marketing will be considered an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute creative content ideas for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.). Design graphics, property posts, reels, infographics, and marketing materials for both online and offline use. Capture and edit photos and short videos of properties, team events, and lifestyle content. Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to brainstorm and execute campaigns that drive engagement and lead generation. Maintain a consistent brand identity across all content and platforms. Manage content calendars and ensure timely posting on all digital channels. (If skilled) Assist in running basic digital marketing campaigns, such as social media ads, Google Ads, and email marketing.

Requirements:

Proven experience in content creation, social media management, and graphic design. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro) or Canva. Strong photography and video editing skills (mobile or DSLR). A creative eye for aesthetics, design trends, and storytelling. Familiarity with real estate content or a keen willingness to learn the industry. Excellent time management, organizational skills, and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Preferred but Not Mandatory:

Basic knowledge of digital marketing (Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO, Analytics). Experience in running social media ad campaigns or lead generation campaigns. Knowledge of real estate portals and trends in the UAE market.
