Job Summary:



The Technical Clerk provides administrative and clerical support to technical teams, assisting with documentation, data entry, scheduling, and record-keeping. This role ensures the accurate and timely management of technical documents, maintenance logs, and project files, contributing to the smooth operation of the department.

Key Responsibilities:



Maintain and update technical documents, manuals, blueprints, and reports. Perform data entry and data management tasks using spreadsheets and databases. Assist with document control and ensure compliance with company standards and procedures. Prepare reports, charts, and other technical materials as requested. Support engineers, technicians, or project managers with administrative tasks. Monitor inventory of technical supplies and order replacements when necessary. Schedule meetings, track project milestones, and maintain calendars. File and archive documents in both physical and digital formats. Communicate with other departments or vendors to relay technical information accurately. Assist with quality control documentation and audits.

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
