Assist in the preparation, review, and coordination of fit-out drawings, shop drawings, and as-built drawings.
Support project engineers in daily site inspections and ensure work progress aligns with project schedules and specifications.
Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants for timely delivery of materials and technical information.
Help monitor compliance with approved materials, finishes, and interior design specifications.
Assist in tracking project documentation such as RFIs, method statements, material submittals, and inspection reports.
Maintain accurate project records, reports, and filing systems.
Coordinate minor site activities under supervision, including snagging and handover procedures.
Support procurement by preparing material requisitions and follow-up with vendors.
Ensure all works comply with safety and quality standards.
