The Technical Architect will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing technical architecture solutions that
meet our organization\'s needs. The Technical Architect will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify business
requirements and translate them into technical solutions. This includes evaluating and recommending technology solutions,
developing architecture roadmaps, and collaborating with stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.

Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
2. Evaluate and recommend technology solutions that align with the organization\'s strategic direction and goals.
3. Develop and maintain technical architecture roadmaps that guide the organization\'s technology investments.
4. Work closely with IT leadership to establish technical standards and guidelines.
5. Lead the design and implementation of complex technical solutions that integrate with existing systems.
6. Collaborate with project managers to ensure that technical solutions are delivered on time and within budget.
7. Conduct feasibility studies and proof-of-concept exercises to evaluate new technologies and solutions.
8. Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies, and make recommendations for how the organization can
leverage these advancements.
9. Establish and maintain relationships with external partners and vendors.
10. Define and manage the technical architecture governance process.
11. Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
2. Minimum 10 years of experience in a technical architecture role, preferably in a large enterprise environment.
3. In-depth knowledge of technical architecture principles, patterns, and frameworks.
4. Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, including networking, storage, and servers.
5. Experience with cloud computing platforms, such as AWS or Azure.
6. Proficient in at least one programming language, such as Java, Python, or C#.
7. Familiarity with agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
8. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate technical information to non-technical
stakeholders.
9. Proven track record of delivering successful technical architecture projects.
10. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and outside the box.
11. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities.
12. Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide cross-functional teams.
13. Certification in a relevant technical discipline, such as TOGAF or AWS Certified Solutions Architect.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Master\'s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
2. Experience with microservices architecture and containerization technologies, such as Docker and Kubernetes.
3. Familiarity with big data and analytics technologies, such as Hadoop and Spark.
4. Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices and industry standards.
5. Experience with IT service management frameworks, such as ITIL.
6. Familiarity with DevOps tools and practices, such as Jenkins and continuous deployment.
7. Experience with cloud migration and hybrid cloud environments.
8. Strong scripting skills, such as PowerShell or Bash.
9. Familiarity with artificial intelligence and machine learning technologies.
