We are looking for a reliable

Technical Application Engineer (m/f/d)

to join our internationals sales team in Dubai. In this role, you will be responsible to support our team in project inquires and specification by creating quotations and layout drawings.

Your job

Support the sales team on project submittals


Accurately achieve desired lighting levels and effects


Propose suitable lighting solutions for projects, based on the product portfolio


Generate project submissions including quotations, lighting calculations, drawings etc.


Prepare product proposal presentations to submit to designers and clients


Provide technical support and engage in effective face-toface communication to designers, partners, and clients


Maintain effective relationships with clients and proactively support their complex needs

Qualifications and skills

Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering or related field


1-2 years experience in the construction or electrical field preferred


AutoCAD experience is a must, DiaLux Evo and Relux knowledge is a plus


Good to have: knowledge in ERP systems (Microsoft AX, Salesforce)


Skills in 3DS Max, Sketchup and Revit are an advantage


Know-how about preparation of project submittal documents


A basic understanding of ELV and control systems (DALI, 0/1-10V, phase cut dimming, CASAMBI) is an advantage


Strong communication skills and a customer focused mindset


Fluent English
