Job Description
We are currently seeking to hire a
Technical and Ground Training Manager
, to join our Technical Operations, This critical role is responsible for effectively managing the training activities of all engineering, technical and ground staff in the operational environment. Also, to ensure all training processes are complied with according to the company and aviation authorities' regulatory requirements.This is a full-time position based in Abu DhabiRequired candidate profile:
Essential Criteria
Bachelor's Degree holder in the field of in Aircraft Engineering, Management, or Education.
OR
GCAA and/or EASA AME License Holder.5-10 years of experience in the aircraft maintenance field including 3 years in a Management/Supervisory role
3 years of experience in Training and Instruction, preferably Aircraft Engineering related.
Experience in developing, assessing and maintaining Training Programs.
Excellent knowledge on draft and updating Training Manuals according to the company and aviation authorities' regulatory requirements.
Desirable Criteria
Ability to lead and manage people and multiple projects simultaneously.
Previous or current Middle East experience.
Available to join immediately.
FW and/or RW Type Rated
