Training Manager

to lead the design, development, and execution of training programs that enhance employee skills, performance, productivity, and quality of work. The Training Manager will work closely with department heads to identify training needs and drive continuous learning across the organization.

Develop and implement comprehensive training strategies aligned with company goals. Conduct training needs assessments across departments to identify skill gaps. Design engaging learning programs, materials, and workshops (in-person, e-learning, and blended formats). Coordinate and deliver training sessions for new hires and existing employees. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs; adjust as needed to improve outcomes. Manage the training calendar, budget, and external training vendors or consultants. Provide leadership and guidance to trainers, facilitators, and instructional designers (if applicable). Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations regarding training and development. Support performance improvement initiatives and succession planning through targeted learning interventions.

Qualifications:

Minimum 5 years of experience in training, learning & development, or talent management. Proven experience in designing and implementing successful training programs.
