Position Title: Technical Analyst - Payment Project Location: United Arab Emirates -Abu Dhabi (Onsite) Experience: 6 - 8 years\' experience Employment Type: Contractual 12 Months extendable Academic Qualification: Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree (Computer Science) Job Role & Responsibilities: - Installation, configuration & Technical Administration of payments/ compliance solutions. - Provide business with required technical 1st line support and ADHOC reports. - Interact with vendor support for health check, maintenance and support escalations. - Support audit review with collected evidence & technical explanation requested for report closure. - Support business continuity by participating in periodic system DR rehearsal, security updates, technology updates, backups, hardware maintenance, software maintenance, license maintenance, and technical design improvement to assigned systems. - Support business with required information & ADHOC reports. - Deliver IT projects tasks assigned for the agreed scope business requirements on timely manner. - Banking/ financial sector applicants are encouraged to apply.
