About The Role

Our position of Technical Adviser - Chef, based in Casablanca, Morocco.

As an ambassador of Barry-Callebaut, this position leverage passion, creativity and product expertise to raise brand awareness and brand equity of the entire product range.

By leading a diverse range of activities both physical (co-creations events, products demonstrations, training courses, etc....) and digital (Social media, content creation,etc....) The technical advisor - chef strongly supports the execution of the sales & marketing strategies of the company.

The Technical Adviser - Chef is a creative pioneer and passionate chocolatier with a strong leadership skills and commercial acumen.

Key Responsibilities Include

Work daily at the Chocolate Academy Casablanca with our entire product range Travel across the MENA region individually or along Sales & Marketing to visit end-users for technical support and product application Collaborate with Sales & Marketing to inspire clients by creating and proposing innovative products applications which leverage our brands to drive sales Research the latest trends and translate them into inspiring product applications to share with our customers Organize co-creations/inspirations sessions based on customers briefings to co-develop sellable products using our ingredients Conduct products demonstrations either at our Chocolate Academy or on customer's premises to inspire & educate on products applications with our brands Raise brand awareness via digital and Trade Marketing activities Create and record content Support organizing exhibitions, trade fairs & contests to promote our brands Conduct trainings and courses at the Chocolate Academy Manage the Ambassador network in North Africa as one of the main point of contact Be one of the main Barry-Callebaut Global Chef network point of contact for North Africa Be one of the main representative for North Africa for discussing and establishing the chef's strategy with the Regional Head Chocolate Academy Centers - MENA Close communication with Internal / external stakeholders

About You

Bachelor's degree in Pastry - Confectionery 2-5 years of work experience in an high end company Must be a self-starter and driven Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Excellent knowledge of English and French IT skills - MS and Google apps Flexibility and positive attitude Empathy for our company's value (Customer Focus, Passion, Entrepreneurship, Team Spirit, Integrity) Regular travel within region (on average 50% ) Strong problem-solving skills and analytical abilities Strong organizational and time management skills, and ability to prioritize
