About the role

You will own the post-sale success of enterprise customers, translating business goals into scalable solutions. Expect deep dives into system design, B2B/API integrations, Power BI analytics, and hybrid environments spanning on-prem/local cloud, private cloud, and public cloud. Comfort with SQL, virtual machines, and data/BI conversations is essential.

Requirements discovery: Lead workshops; capture functional/non-functional needs; document integration, deployment, and reporting requirements. System design & architecture: Produce HLD/LLD (auth, data flows, queues, webhooks, ETL, observability). B2B/API integrations: Deliver end-to-end integrations (REST/GraphQL, webhooks, OAuth2/JWT, versioning, error contracts). Hybrid & local cloud deployments: Plan/support installs on on-prem/private cloud (VMware/Hyper-V/KVM) and hybrid topologies (site-to-site VPN, IP allowlists, proxies). SQL & data ops: Write/review SQL for validation, transformations, troubleshooting (joins, window functions, indexing); support data migrations and performance checks. Power BI enablement: Translate business questions into Power BI datasets and dashboards; design data models (star/snowflake), define KPIs, and implement DAX
measures and Power Query transformations.

BI governance: Configure On-premises Data Gateway, schedule refreshes, implement row-level security (RLS), manage workspace/app deployment, and advise on governance standards. Embedded & API scenarios: Support Power BI embedding, token/auth patterns, and usage via REST APIs where applicable. Implementation leadership: Build plans, test strategies, acceptance criteria; coordinate internal and customer teams to hit milestones. Troubleshooting: Triage API/infra/BI issues via logs/metrics; drive RCAs and communicate status clearly. Advocacy & enablement: Feed product requirements; create runbooks and customer-facing guides; lead workshops and QBRs.

Comfort with local/private cloud and hybrid networking: VLANs, routing, firewalls, NAT, reverse proxies, TLS, VPNs, cert management. Proven B2B integration and API expertise (REST/GraphQL, webhooks, auth flows). Power BI proficiency: data modeling, DAX, Power Query, gateway setup, RLS, refresh scheduling, workspace/app lifecycle, and dashboard storytelling. Solid SDLC: Git, CI/CD; tools like Postman/cURL; ticketing (Jira) and docs (Confluence/Notion). Excellent stakeholder management and Arabic and English written/verbal communication.
