Job Description

Responsible for managing and overseeing all technical aspects of civil construction projects, including villas and high-rise buildings, ensuring quality, compliance, and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities:



Review and coordinate structural and architectural designs. Provide technical support during construction. Ensure compliance with codes, safety, and quality standards. Coordinate with consultants, site teams, and MEP engineers. Resolve technical issues and support project execution. Monitor site progress and prepare technical reports.

Skills & Requirements:



Strong knowledge of RCC, structural systems, and high-rise construction. Experience with villa and high-rise projects. Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Project/Primavera. Excellent coordination and problem-solving skills.
