Requirements

Should have a degree of BBA or MBA in HRM
Should have at least 2-3 years of experience in the HR Department of a software house.
Confident Individual with good communication and people management skills.
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced working environment.
Must be experienced in hiring software engineers of different tech stacks.
Must have good people management skills and ability to deal effectively with employee grievances.
Must have experience of handling HR Operations and Employee Engagement activities.
